KISS & RUNAWAYS 
At the homepage of Jackie Fox (in the 70's she played bass in the "Runaways") www.jackiefox.com (link "Runaways") under the headline "Is this a Love Gun in your pocket or are you just so happy to see me?" you will find an interesting story on how she met KISS Backstage in 1976 when she was 15. In another story she tells a story how she met Ace in a hotel sometime in 1976 (discovered by Oliver Mira).

GERMAN PSYCHO CIRCUS COMICS DISCONTINUED
The Psycho Circus Comics are being translated and released all over the world in several languages including Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch and German. The German comics always have been released in 2 different editions: a cheap edition comparable to the US-edition (but 2 comics in 1 issue) and a prestige edition was is a more luxurios print with book-binding and embossed cover-print. The German issues are now being discontinued, the current issue # 12 (July/August) is the last one to come out.

KISS ON THE COVER OF "POPULAR 1"

PHOTO GALLERY FINALLY ONLINE!
It took a long time to get it done, but now over 3.000 photos are now finally available for viewing in the photo-gallery ! These pictures are from all over the years from 1973-2000! There are some rare shots (see Ace shooting a rocket with a gun while playing onstage or KISS unmasked at arrival in Scandinavia in 1976 and 1980)  as well as the best studio-shots from photo-sessions and of course a lot of live-photos. KISS-SPECIAL ON GERMAN TV!
On July 29, 2000 at 2.45 am in the morning German nationwide TV-station ZDF will be bradcasting an one hour KISS-Special. That is the night from Saturday to Sunday. It is part of the Pop Galerie-series which was bradcasted already on Arte earlier this year. This Special is well worth watching and includes lots of rare footage from all over the years both with and without make-up. Classic footage from KISS' 1980 German tour can be seen as well as recent appearances from the Detroit Rock City movie premier. It took the producers almost one year in research and half a year in the making. You can view some screenshots  here. German ZDF channel is available in most European households through cable, it can also be received through ASTRA satellite .

KISS FAREWELL TOUR
Latest news is that Peter and Ace's contract with Kiss, which included 70 US-shows for the Farewell tour have been expanded to 125 US-shows. They are negotiating another extention for their contract for more shows in Japan, Australia and Europe at the moment. This is no official news, but comes from a reliable source.

ALIVE IV
Latest news is that Alive IV will not be coming out this year. It is said that the record company doesn't want  this record to come out this way right now. They are waiting for the last US-show at Madison Square Garden, which should be the "Alive IV" record to come out next year. The last show in the US will be at Madison Square Garden probably in October, but no date has been confirmed yet. There is also a slight possibility that KISS will play the very last US-show after the possible European tour at the Garden sometime early next year. The last show in the US will also most likely be a pay per view concert for TV. This is also no official news, but comes from a reliable source.

KISS SPECIAL ON GERMAN TV
The KISS-special that was aired on "Arte" already in January will be repeated on nationwide German TV-cannel "ZDF" soon. Rumours say it will be July 29 at night (2.45 am in the morning). The special is a great 60-minute feature on KISS with a lot of old footage. You can see photos from this special here.

Due to the big success of the KISS-tour, they might extend the US-tour until the end of the year. This would mean they won`t be touring Europe before February.

KISS PARTIES WITH SHAMELESS AND BRUCE KULICK
SHAMELESS are going on a Dutch-German Tour this fall.  Also the German band ACES will perform  live at the KISS Parties !!  There will be KISS music all day long as well as KISS dealers. Tickets will cost DM 25,- and will go on sale at the end of July !! Bruce Kulick (EX-KISS) will be the Special Guest. He will sign autographs and tell you all the latest news about Union, his upcoming book, his upcoming solo-album and a lot more. At the end of the nite Bruce will also perform a few songs with SHAMELESS. SHAMELESS features B.C. on guitars, Alexx Michael on bass, Steve Summers on vocals and Harry Bitchoff on drums.   SHAMELESS are already working on a special set-list with a few KISS-covertunes. Besides that SHAMELESS will perform all their hits from "Backstreet Anthems" and "Queen 4 A Day".

ERIC SINGER MEETS SCHWARZENEGGER
Eric Singer was surprised when he and Alice Cooper met Arnold Scharzenegger at the hotel in Graz yesterday. They didn't know that Mr. Universum was born there. Eric was introduced by Alice Cooper as "Eric Singer from Glamnation" during the concert. Glamnation is the name of the band Eric Singer started just for fun to play cover-songs but did not record an album with. Alice Cooper introduced himself as Aronold Schwarzenegger at the show yestraday in Vienna. Eric plays also a drumsolo, which he plays partly with brurning drumsticks in the dark. He will be on tour with Alice Cooper until August 1, 2000.
