THE RIGHT CHRISTMAS GIFT
(from Pablo Arlandini)
As a kind of "Kissmas" gift, here I send you a
scan of the actual promotional spot of an argentine internet provider. It talks
about doing the right choice when you choose your internet provider. And as an
"example" of a wrong choice, the TV spot show a kid buying Kiss
- Dynasty LP as a christmas gift for his grandma, and this is what his grandma became
after getting that gift. We -all the Kiss fans- wouldn't agree as being a bad choice to
give that kind of gift to a grandma, if
she really became a Kiss fan too!!! Anyway, I think it's a real nice and funny picture.
And I hope you like them.

NEW KISS BUSTS BY McFARLANE OUT IN MARCH
(from www.spawn.com)
When millions of fans put you on a proverbial pedestal for decades, it might be hard for a
band like KISS not to consider themselves heads and shoulders above the rest.
Heads and shoulders? Pedestals? KISS? Why not?
Todd and the designers at McFarlane Toys liked the idea and they
created a set of KISS mini-busts that places each of the four-who-are-one on themed
pedestal bases uniquely portraying the on-stage personas of Gene, Paul, Ace and Peter.
Each heads and shoulders figure features the makeup that has made KISS famous for the
nearly 30 years.
The busts will be available on store shelves in March. And,
according to spawn.com's inside sources, there may be more news yet to come on this line.
Click here to take a look at the
busts.

KISS BAND MEMBERS MAKES THE GROUP'S MUSIC A ROCK BUSINESS
(from Newszine
Entertainment via Kevin Warhaft)
Gene Simmons, KISS bassist with demon-faced make-up, discusses his upcoming
book and the band's future, a Broadway show and KISS condoms.
By BILL DeYOUNG
N.Y. Times News Service
Gene Simmons stands more than 7 feet tall in his platform boots, and it's his image -- the blood-spitting, bass-humping demon with the lasciviously wagging tongue -- that more than anything else has defined the hard-rock franchise of KISS.
Simmons looms even larger this month, with an autobiography, a spot as a tell-all host on Court TV, and a five-CD box set of music from the million-selling quartet.
"I don't know how to tell you this, but here
comes the truth," he said in a phone interview from Los Angeles. "The raging
demon is really kind of a milk 'n' cookies guy, never been high or drunk in his life. And
won't have anything to do with people who smoke or drink or want to waste his time."
