choose the product(s) you would like to buy. Insert a "1" in the field next to "Quantity". Afterwards click on "View order"

a page with a listing of all your ordered products will appear. Click on "Bestellung aufgeben"

then you have to fill out information regarding your name and address

an overview of your order appears with your name and address on it. Click on "submit"

then you have to choose your preferred method of payment

you're done!

You can order through the online shop system. If you wish to order a certain product or more, simply insert a "1". After you have finished selecting all products you have to click on the "view order" button. Then all selected articles with description and prices (in German DM) appear. At the moment it is not possible to show prices in US $ in the shopping cart. But you will get the total price in US $ with your confirmation mail. You can still cancel or add certain products afterwards (just insert a "0" and reload the page). Then click on the "Bestellung aufgeben" button. Afterwards you must indicate your personal data (address, email), afterwards click on "next". Then a list of all products, which you selected, appears. Please check, if everything is correct (article, price, address, email etc.). At the moment all prices are in German DM. You can get the current exchange rate to any other currency here. Then press the "submit" button. Then you must indicate the desired shipping term and your e-mail address again. Make sure your e-mail address is correct, otherwise there will be an error and your order does not go through. You can include comments with your order. At the end, click on the "submit" button. You will then receice a confirmation for the receipt of your order within' 24 hours. Please check then, if your order is correct.   


C.O.D. is only possible to Austria and Germany. Payment has to be in advance. It is not possible anymore to send C.D.O. parcels by the post since beginning of 2001.At the moment we are working hard to make it possible to find a solution to send out orders by C.O.D.

Please click on "reload" or. "refresh".  If your order still does not show up, please check if your browser accepts cookies. Your browser MUST be able to accept cookies, otherwise you will not be able to place an order here.

Just put a "0" in the quantity-box and click on "reload" or "refresh".

Is my order insured?
All packages (2 kg or heavier) are automatically insured for about $ 300,-. All orders which are being sent as a "letter" (less than 2 kg) are not insured. Letters can be sent out registered on request. Registered letters are insured for about $ 70,-. Extra cost for registered mail is $ 3,- (please request this in the comments-box when ordering). All mail sent to the USA or Canada is NOT insured. Because of the different postal system for some reason they are not able to track down the parcels in those countries. Insurance has to be asked and paid for. 

Why can't I order by C.O.D.?
It is not possible anymore to send C.D.O. parcels by the post since beginning of 2001.

What shall I do, if I don't get my order?
If you haven't received your order within' 2 weeks, please send an e-mail to whereismyorder@kissfanshop.com . You should also ask at your post-office, if they have a parcel for you to pick up. Sometimes the postman forgets to leave a note. If an insured order really gets lost, the post will have to pay for it and the order can be sent out again. We are not responsible for lost packages in the mail, which are not insured!

How long will I have to wait for my order to arrive?
Normaly all orders are being mailed out the next day. Sometimes it may also take a few weeks. Almost all orders are being sent out within' 8 weeks. You will get a confirmation mail for your order. In the confirmation-mail is mentioned, when your order is due to ship. If you have any further questions,y ou can send an e-mail to info@kissfanshop.com

Why did I not receive a confirmation-mail for my order within' 24 hours?
Most likely you have indicated a wrong e-mail address when ordering. You may ask for the status of your order at any time. Just send your mail to info@kissfanshop.com .

How do I know, if my order went through and when will it be mailed out?
You will receive a confirmation-mail within' 24 hours. In the confirmation mail is also mentioned, when your order is due to ship.

Is it possible to have my order shipped to a different address (possibly to my work, so   don't have to go to my post-office to pick it up)?
Yes, just mention this (and your other address) in the "comments" when ordering.

Can I pay with credit card?
No, sorry.

Can I order by mail?
Yes. Here you can print out an order form (at the moment there is only an order-form in German available). Fill out the order-form and send it to:

Here you can print out a list of all articles available. At the moment there is only a list in German available. Please note, that the printable list is not up to date and may vary from the shop on the internet. If you do not have a printer, you can also write your order on a sheet of paper, but you must indicate item Nr, description, price and methos of payment. You can also send cash together with your order in a (registered) letter.

Do I have to pay taxes?
In Europe within' the EC (European Community) you will not have to pay any taxes.

Can I order any items, which are sold out?
If you order any sold out items, you will be told in the confirmation-mail, that this item is sold out and no longer available.

The item I want is sold out. Is there a possibility it will   become available again at some point?
That depends on the item, but usually no.

How do I find out when an item becomes available again?
You would have to check out the Fan Shop. Usually all new arrivals are mentioned on the main page and in the News.

Is the Fan Shop always up to date? Is there maybe more available than what's listed?
Usually all items available are listed in the Fan Shop. Rolled posters and articles/posters from magazines like "Bravo" will be available also soon.

Can I also get a printed catalog?
Yes. Here you can print out a catalog (at the moment only available in German). You can also ask for a free catalog my mail right here. The catalog is free for all Europeans. Elsewhere you can get a catalog for $ 2,-.

How do I know when new items become available?
All new arrivals are mentioned in the News and they are also listed in the "new arrivals" section on the main Fan Shop page.
